Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies delegation met with Mr. Fares Issa, the head of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Representation in Baghdad, on Tuesday, May 28th
The delegation included the Center’s Executive Director Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hammood and the Director of the Research and Political Studies Department, Mustafa Al-Saray.
At the beginning of the meeting, the delegation reviewed the work of the center and the work it is doing, and the developmental projects and plans that the center is working on
The Center in the coming period, as well as opportunities for cooperation and joint coordination on issues and topics that concern decision makers in Baghdad and the region and think tanks and studies in the region and Baghdad
For his part, Mr. Issa welcomed the delegation and praised the efforts made by them to support the governmental, educational, and intellectual institutions, and stressed the need to coordinate efforts between think tanks in Baghdad and the region as well as at the level of decision-makers, and that the regional government is seriously interested in strengthening this cooperation and encouraging scientific intellectual dialogue.
