On Saturday, Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning, in cooperation with the Draw Media Foundation, held a Dialogue seminar entitled (Financial relations between the region and Baghdad… required dues and prohibitive decisions) by Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hammood, Executive Director of Al-Bayan Center, and Dr. Mustafa Al-Saray, Director of Research at Al-Bayan Center, in the Foundation’s office in Sulaymaniyah.
In the presence of a group of intellectuals, opinion-makers, and researchers in the region.
During the Dialogue seminar, the financial relations between the region and Baghdad and the impact of the Federal Court’s decisions in this regard were discussed.
