A delegation from Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies met with the head of the New Generation Movement, Shaswar Abdulwahid, at his office in Sulaymaniyah.
The executive director of the center, Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hammood, presented the activities, projects, and research outputs of Al Bayan Center, indicating the center’s readiness to engage with researchers, political forces, and decision-makers in the Kurdistan region to enhance necessary reforms in various fields.
Abdulwahid expressed the readiness of the New Generation Movement to engage with researchers and academic elites outside the Kurdistan region, pointing out the similarity of the problems faced by citizens in various provinces of Iraq, necessitating support for peaceful and scientific reforms involving research and thinking centers.
The meeting discussed the overall political and economic developments in the country. The meeting is part of the visits carried out by the officials of Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies to various political forces in Iraq in order to coordinate and present the research findings to decision-makers.
