Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies, in cooperation with the Iraqi Association of Legal Sciences, organized a specialized discussion session titled: “The Crisis of Legitimacy in Disciplinary Punishment: A Faculty Member as a Model.”
The session hosted Dr. Ali Ahmed Hassan, President of the Employees’ Judiciary Court, Dr. Othman Salman Ghailan, President of the Administrative Judiciary Court, and Dr. Alaa Al-Silawi, Dean of the College of Law at Bayan University and President of the Iraqi Association of Legal Sciences.
The session, attended by lawyers, academics, and experts in both legal and administrative fields, addressed the challenges arising from disciplinary punishment in the Iraqi legal framework, and how to reach effective solutions to resolve them.
