Introduction
The 2017 Global “Artificial Intelligence” Summit represented a broad debate about AI’s abilities to impact change promoted initially as an attempt to employ data and statistics for the common good, this was followed by numerous conferences and discussions aimed at developing the AI capabilities to achieve long-term benefits, the AI promoters did not lose sight to the risks the AI represents at the level of security, trust, penetration of privacy and inequalities, which it changed views for some people about the AI as difficult challenge beyond its abilities to provide solutions for intractable problems.
Even if the mistakes or lapses that AI makes are on a limited scale if they are related to someone’s work or institution, the consequences of these mistakes will affect the political stability of some countries if they cause changes or inaccuracies in the election results which is supposed to be integrity to represent the will of people, otherwise, integrity is absent in favor of manipulators, including those who control artificial intelligence tools.
This threat has threatened the advanced democracies before others, as the United States witnessed a wide debate about fears that AI may change the election results in favor of one party against another party, or a candidate against another, which led some US lawmakers to request limits to the AI abilities that they believe will affect the US elections and may expand to be a global explosion at the level of elections integrity.
So in Britain, which acknowledged pirates hacked voter’s data.
