Al-Bayan Center for Planning and Studies issued a new book titled: “State Building in Iraq: Policy-Oriented Views Towards Sustainable Democracy.”
The new edition comes in cooperation with the German Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Platform for Sustainable Development, in both Arabic and English.
The new book contains a variety of topics, including public sector reform, government contracting policies, improving energy networks, enhancing participation in elections, strengthening party structures, electoral security, administrative structures for disputed areas, addressing illiteracy, and policies required to prevent a recurrence of genocide in the country.
