In no way can an important matter be bypassed regarding the development of the role of research centers in developed countries and the active role they are playing in internal and external policy-making, to establish the status of States and ensure their success at both the internal and foreign levels.
In this regard, the paper discusses the important role of research centers in supporting internal policies that underpin the country’s foreign policies and reflect its internal strength.
