Al-Bayan Center hosts The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ)
Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning, in Baghdad, hosted a delegation of the German organization (GIZ) to discuss economic policies in Iraq.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ali Taher Al-Hammood and Ahmed Hathal from Al-Bayan Center, while Mr. Friedemt Abel headed the German organization’s delegation to discuss the repercussions of the economic crisis in Iraq. The two sides discussed how to assist the Iraqi government in implementing economic reforms that based on the White Paper draft which presented by the government.
It is worth noting that Al-Bayan Center for Studies and Planning is an independent, non-profit center, headquartered in Baghdad, its main mission is to provide a credible view of public policy issues in Iraq particularly and the Middle East generally.
